Winter Wonderland
Shawn and I are back home in Schroon Lake!

Please keep my Grandmother in prayer. She is in the hospital in Missouri, and not doing very well. My Aunt Donna and Terri are looking after her needs and finding assisted living for her after her hospital stay. Thank you for your prayers. She is such a dear Grandmother, and we love her!!!

BABY TALK!!
We're going to have a baby!! Shawn and I have had a very exciting weekend, discovering that we are expecting our first baby around June!!! The Inn had it's first fall Ladies' Conference which kept me going until Late in the evening! Also, Shawn was a participant in Mountainside's "Meet Your Candidate Night" which was great!! So many family and friends have already heard, but if you are part of the few who have not...Here you Go!!! Baby Baker is on the way...

It's about 10:00pm, after a good day of seeing Romans 8:28 put into play!! God does work all things together for good... loving HIM!!
Today, it seemed things were falling into place all day! Got a lot accomplished for the Bookstore, and other To Do things! Praise the Lord!
Shawn's had some very long days lately... Breakfast, lunch , and dinner shifts... so we're tired... but pretty good.

We were playing Apples to Apples...one of my favorite group games!
"Word of God Speak" is playing on XM right now. It's so true... listening for God's voice is so important! I'm trying to make it a daily morning habit...before I get to doing anything else, to spend time with Him and His Word... Not as easy to do if it's not required of you, or if you have the accountability like at the BI. But, even then, it's easy to go through the motions and not really have a conversation with our Maker.
No pics of the campfire, Shawn and the guys started... it was a fun evening!!
Recently Brianna Cordis and I went to have our hair cut.. Coast to Coast...
Renee ran the Adirondack Marathon!!! Go Renee!
Shawn and I went to Rachel and Jordan's wedding Reception at the Inn... very pretty!!
Then we took a few pics at home... I have to talk him into them every once in a while!

We just were running around like crazy... from one cookout to another!! Family Campground with WOL Staff, and back to BI for the BI Student Campout! Fun! Then a praise and prayer/testimony time back at campground. I had a fun day at the Bookstore with Heather! We were able to get alot done in there... Shawn is at the Town Board Meeting... time for more updates!
